The head of state traveled to address national troops in the Pokrovsk area on the weekday. Zelenskyy announced that he consulted soldiers at the military base of the first unit of the state defense force Azov, which is conducting a defensive operation in the Dobropillya sector, an urban center approximately 12 miles from Pokrovsk.

Volatile Circumstances in the Region

Updated analysis from a local initiative showed that opposition armies had made gains into the city and surrounding areas, though a large portion was not fully held by either side. The status is precarious, with updates indicating that Russian forces were establishing defenses and building up positions in certain areas.

Opposition armies are making progress in the Pokrovsk sector and are reportedly acting with increasing comfort within the city proper.

Research institutes observed that national troops had freed a large area of a opposition incursion in the Dobropillya front, on the eastern flank of the Pokrovsk effort.

Kyiv's Long-Range Assaults Within the Federation

Kyiv's aerial vehicles attacked an industrial plant approximately 1,300km inside Russia at the city. City administration confirmed a blast at the Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant that caused its water treatment facility to partially collapse, adding that the cause of the explosion was not known. The national defense command stated there was extensive harm to the complex.
